$7 members/$10 nonmembers In conjunction with the centennial of the Mexican Revolution, the Museum is proud to screen the directorial debit of Paul Leduc, who later directed
Frida. This film depicts the American journalist John Reed's account of the Revolution during his time with Pancho Villa's army during the winter of 1913-1914.
The film will be preceded by a lecture from Mr. Fernando Fabio Sanchez, Assistant Professor of Spanish at Portland State University and an expert on Cinema of the Mexican Revolution.
Please note: This film will be shown in Spanish with English Subtitles.

The Museum offers area educators and teachers of all levels the opportunity to visit the Museum for free and learn how to integrate museum content, such as Toulouse-Lautrec’s Paris, into the classroom. Educators will walk away with ideas for incorporating art education into the required curriculum as well as how art can be used to extend lessons in other subject areas. Tours, lectures, California standards-based sample lesson plans, and classroom materials are provided, as are light refreshments.
