Public Opening
March 13, 10 am–5 pm
Visit the hands-on Blink! animation studio to view works by artists like Robin Rhode, Philippe Grammaticopoulos, and Barbara Hlali. Go on a guided tour of Blink! this Sunday as we open the galleries to the public. Tours are available on weekdays at 2 pm and weekends at 3 pm.

Demo & Do: Stop Animation with Blink! Artist Michael Burton
March 19, 11 am–5 pm
Team up with Blink! artist and stop animation guru Michael Burton, to create a brand new work of art. Burton will set up his artist workshop inside the DAM where visitors can help create a collaborative stop animation piece. He'll lead the way, showing you the tricks of the trade! Free with general admission. No reservations required.
Blink! Light, Sound & the Moving Image Lecture
March 31, 5–7 pm
Join us for a lecture and Q&A session with curator Jill Desmond, art collector Mark Addison, and Blink! artist Donald Fodness. This event is $10 for DAM members; $20 for the general public. Advance registration is required.

NoiseFold Happening
April 1, 7 pm–8:30 pm
Artists Cory Metcalf and David Scott meld real-time animation and electronic sounds to create a performance piece that is larger than life. Watch the artists combine noise, music, and imagery for a result that is truly unique. Free with general admission. No reservations required.
