Summer Days and Nights at the NCMA The Museum has lots of exciting ways to fill your family’s summer calendar. You can come for a weekend workshop, a weekday show, family movie nights, or outdoor concerts—or grab your bikes or walking shoes and explore the trails in the Museum Park. Don’t miss out on all the fun!
Family Fun in the Setting Sun  Join us for family-friendly outdoor films and concerts. A select group of events and giveaways are planned before each event. Details and more information here. See a Show! Wonderful Wednesdays are here! Join us in the Museum Auditorium at 1 pm on select Wednesdays in June, July, and August for a collection of poets, storytellers, musicians, and puppeteers. Family-level members and above may reserve six free tickets to the series.
Make Some Art! Drop-In Crafts Wednesdays Noon–3 pm, all ages Free Stop by the Education Lobby before, after, or during a Wonderful Wednesday performance to make a little art.
What's in the Box? This popular program continues through the summer on select Thursdays for 2- to 5-year-olds and their caregivers. If you are looking for ways to help preschoolers experience the Museum, check out What’s in the Box? Upcoming themes include Places and Parts of Art.

Join us this summer for a series of modern, contemporary, and hip-hop dance performances. Professional dance companies perform work that has been developed in response to the 30 Americans exhibition.

Looking for a small project for the family? Consider participating in our first Artist Trading Card (ATC) Swap, in conjunction with the exhibition Mirror Image: Women Portraying Women. Send three handmade ATCs by August 8 with a self-addressed stamped envelope to receive three cards from other swap participants.
