Jim Jam Jogs at the Botanics Join the British Heart Foundation team for a series of summer jogs in the early evenings in all four Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh (RBGE) Gardens. You can run, jog or walk all routes (except Dawyck) - it's a great event for families getting back into fitness or trying to get outdoors more. Really unique events for seasoned runners with fantastic views, wildlife, flora and fauna en route. Remember to wear your PJs!

We all love holidays, and we all love to dance! Dance Base has brought the two together for you to come and enjoy. You will be in the best place to learn dance styles from our experienced tutors such as Breakdance, Street Dance, Poppin', Lockin' and House, with one or two others in the mix as well. You'll also get to play with photography, art, and music videos. Each week promises to be hard work, extremely funky and tons of fun! Each day we will be learning steps and moves with help from all the dancers, finishing off with a wee show in the studio on the Friday afternoon for your friends and family.

Once upon a time there was a prince called Jason who fell terribly in love with a princess called Medea. So, she had two children..." Medea's Children, by Suzanne Osten and Per Lysander, is a landmark play in Swedish theatre - it is the story, told in a playful, humorous and challenging way, of a family who manage to go through divorce realising that life must go on. The play explores the classic Greek text from the children's perspective and has become a modern Swedish classic in its own right. Produced by renowned inclusive theatre specialists, and CATS award winning, Lung Ha's Theatre Company and the internationally renowned Unga Klara, Medea's Children is part of the 2011 Made in Scotland* showcase at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2011.
