Insider Moment: Meet Adobe Experts Bill and Athena Steen Thursday, July 19, 1 pm Meet adobe builders Bill and Athena Steen as they construct our outdoor CLAYground on the plaza. Don't miss a chance to hear the artists talk about the mud construction, their materials, and more. On weekends in July, dig in and help Bill and Athena mix clay and straw, sculpt the nooks and crannies of the CLAYground or plaster it with adobe. This giant earthen play place is taking shape right outside the Marvelous Mud Studio. Head to the museum's Martin Plaza at 1 pm to listen and learn about this muddy project. Free with general admission. No reservations needed.
