Advance tickets recommended and available online. | | Hitchcock and Herrmann Tribute | | Saturday, June 18, 7 p.m. The Northwest Film Center and Chamber Music Northwest team up to pay homage to the legendary collaboration between director Alfred Hitchcock and film composer Bernard Herrmann who created iconic scores for eight of Hitchcock's most famous films, including Psycho, North by Northwest, and Vertigo. At 7 p.m., David Shiffrin and Chamber Music Northwest festival artists will perform Herrmann's "Souvenir de Voyages" for clarinet and strings and will briefly discuss Herrmann's musical landscapes.
