Frieze Art Fair 2011, sponsored by Deutsche Bank, will feature 174 of the most interesting galleries working today, from Berlin to Los Angeles and London to Tokyo.
The fair also includes Frame, a section dedicated to solo artist presentations from galleries that have been in existence for less than six years, which is supported by Cos.
In addition to being able to see and buy art by over 1,000 of the world's leading artists, visitors can experience Frieze Projects, the fair's unique and critically acclaimed programme of artists' commissions presented with the support of the Emdash Foundation.
On the 150th anniversary of Italy's unification, contributing editor Barbara Casavecchia, talks to Italian curators and critics about the country's political crisis and its effect on cultural institutions. With contributions from: Gabriella Belli, Cecilia Canziani, Massimiliano Gioni, Francesco Manacorda and Alessandro Rabottini.
