| Tour Florence, Venice & Milan | This summer you can take a trip to Italy without leaving Denver. Cities of Splendor: A Journey Through Renaissance Italy takes you to the then-independent city states of Florence, Siena, Manua, Venice, Milan, and across the Alps to demonstrate the unique style of each region. During the 1400s and 1500s, Italy was not a unified country, but rather a group of independent states with different characters and artistic backgrounds. Cities of Splendor shows how local styles merged with the innovative ideas coming from Tuscany, resulting in unique artistic expressions and lasting examples of Renaissance art. Don't miss our daily tours to find out more about the time period and artwork.
